Accomplished aileron attach brackets, I deviated from the plans and used flush head rather than button heads on the outboard bracket to angle attach points. Lots of grinding material here to get the flanges flush, your bench sander will come in handy.

Fabricated push pull rods and tubes and primed inside and out. I'm using white epoxy primer for the control system components for easy inspection in the future.

   


Fitted and final drilled lt. aileron gap seal and flap brace and primed all.
