Drilled the 623 and fabricated the end pieces. You will have to trim the fwd end of the 623, the plans are vague.



Drilled the end ribs to the bulkhead.



Trimmed longeron ends.



Accomplished the sharp bend on longerons, and they fit good.



The 17degree twists are done.



Fluted and drilled the armrests.
