Continued from previous page: As you can see I trimmed etched primed all flap components (accept hinges) , and getting ready to start assembly.


Here you can see how I drew the rivet line down the hinge by using this great marking tool. Then aligned the holes in the skin, and spar and using clothes pins temp installed the hinge.skin, and spar assembly. Started drilling and clecoing.


Primed trimmed and debured the hinges.
