Deburred dimpled and primed skins and stiffeners only, and back riveted. Here is my method for perfect back rivets. Ingredient's: Scotch tape, C frame sliding bar with spring and collate (not the C frame itself), and one/half of a flush head rivet set on the bar. A nice piece of steel plate. Ball peen hammer.
