Accomplished final drilling of the elevator control horns. Note : Look close at the plastic drill bushing the plans are talking about. Feel free to fabricate this bushing from metal if you can find something that fits. Good luck! The plastic bushing I fabricated came from the internal organs of a bic pen, and the final results were perfect. Make sure the elevators are flush and true with the horizontal before drilling, see picture. After drilling the pilot hole (whatever drill bits fits snug inside the bushing) remove the elevators and final drill to 1/4".
