Fabricated these bracket's for the EFII fuel pump.

Sandwiched some cork as a vibration buffer.

Started building the roll bar.

Here is a good tip I used from Mike Bullock, made a jig using the dimensions measured from the plane minus the attach brackets. The vertical measurement was from the plans. Mike has a very good descriptive sequence on his web site.

Some of the material will get trimmed on the aft edge of this piece.

This pic shows the trimmed aft edge as well as the screw and countersink. Also had to trim a bit of the bottom of the roll bar R/H aft, so it could fit snug onto the bracket

Used a reamer here for a nice fit for the attach hardware.
