Building the Ailerons:
As you can see here I cut, debured, etched, dimpled and  primed the stiffeners, counterweights, skins and final riveted In addition bent the ailerons to about this position using the home made brake.

Primed additional components and accomplished the cut out for the inboard rib nut plates.

Machine countersunk the counterweight (see pic for countersink cutter in drill as well as the test piece on the counterweight) dimpled the ribs (see pic for rivet puller dimpler) and dimpled the leading edge.
To dimple leading edge: Cleco the skin to the countersunk counterweight and bang away. (see pic)
